The Fryer Tuck was opened by Jamie and Mathew on the 1st July 2009. Our objective is to supply fresh quality food to our customers.
We source our potatoes from local farmers, and these are freshly prepared every day to make chips. Our Cod and Haddock is sourced from the well managed waters off of the Faroe Islands, and is filleted and prepared daily. All of the food we serve is prepared on site by our trained staff.
Our latest Plastic Free initiative has been to replace plastic bottled water with Kingsdown Water – in glass bottles!
